The neck line is a high collar that can be worn up or turned down. This is fitted down to the waist and then the cut flares out from the waist to hem. The sleeve is semi fitted with a fluted hem. All the seams are french seamed and all the edges have a fine roll hem. This is a beautiful garment, and can be worn over a corset if one does not want to feel over exposed.
