La Robe Noir, is our homage to the filmstars of the glamorous 1930s Marlene Dietrich and Greta Garbo. in the long slinky flowing gowns, This gown is a high neck with a button back, it has a Bishop style sleeve with a long cuff and the skirt section is cut into many godets allowing lots of fullness into the bottom of the gown , whilst keeping the body section relatively clingy and fitted. The fabric is a translucent soft stretch mesh, that hangs and drapes beautifully on this style of gown. The gown is then embellished and appliqued with flat roses and jet lace beaded trim in a trailing design that is intended to give coverage to the certain areas of the body.
