All goods are made to order, we do not carry corsets in stock except for our show and sale sample corsets). Please allow 4-6 weeks for corset and made to measure garment orders to be completed
If an order is required urgently then we will do our utmost to get it to you quickly (however we cannot guarantee delivery), but it depends largely on fabric availability.

Please make sure that the product codes; names, fabrics, colours and sizes are correct, along with any other relevant information before completing your order.

Our site allows you to order garments and pay instantly by either credit/debit card or by posting a cheque/postal order. Please choose a method when you checkout. If paying by cheque/postal order then please print and post the final checkout page with your order.

All prices are in UK pounds sterling, The exchange from one currency to another is automatically made by Paypal at the days exchange rate when they charge your card, please use the currency converter at www.xe.com to estimate the price in your currency.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated by the store checkout at order time.

N.B Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import
duty.

We except no reponsibility for parcels sent to an address other than the
cardholders address, parcels are by default sent using "signed for delivery" methods.

MEASURING YOURSELF FOR STANDARD AND CUSTOM SIZES

Please take your natural waist measurement (please give a true measurement, as it is imperative that this is accurate in order to calculate the waist measurement needed for your order), then deduct 2-4" from your natural waist measurement to get the required size to give a corsetted fit. Less 2" if you want a good snug fit or less cinch, up to 4" for a much tighter waist cinching fit.There fore if your natural waist is 32", then order a 28" or a 30" in your corset order

CUSTOM CORSETS. You will be required to give us a accurate set of measurements which include, chest, Bust, underbust, waist, high hip, low hip, nape to waist, waist to floor, Height, bra size (if ordering overbust), chest width, back width. If we need other measurements then one of our team will email you. If you are unsure of how and where to measure, then please ring or email and we will be happy to help.

CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS
A service is offered for custom measurements, we can make for any size figure , extra petite or BBW but there is a surcharge of between 10-20% per item. 10% for custom alterations for a corset under 34"Waist , 20% for custom measurements over a 34"W, this purely covers extra time involved in pattern cutting, extra fabrics and supplies that are needed

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE AND CANCELLED ORDERS

Exchange/cancellations:
We will only give refunds on goods that are faulty in manufacture, but we will aim to replace the faulty goods initially with a saleable quality checked item. All orders are made to order items, and therefore if cancelled whilst being made are subject to loss of 50% of the initial payment charged. Should you wish to change your order to a different product, then we can do so providing the original order has not been started, if it has been started then we will have to surcharge you 20% of order total.. PLEASE BE SURE OF ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING

Please make your choice carefully as online card processing is expensive. Refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Company Management and will be less any processing and postage charges incurred by the company. We will always refund monies on goods that are faulty in manufacture if rectification or replacement is not possible.
